Use of the Website

Sioux Falls Quest is an outdoor adventure quest experience based in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. You may use our website and participate in our quests for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

Accounts & Authentication

We use passwordless authentication via magic links sent to your email address. You are responsible for keeping your email account secure. Each magic link is single-use and expires after a limited time. Accounts are personal and non-transferable.

Quest Completion & Badges

Digital badges are awarded upon verified completion of a quest. Badges are non-transferable and have no monetary value. We reserve the right to revoke badges obtained through fraudulent means.

Program Description

Sioux Falls Quest uses SMS for two specific purposes: (1) sending you a link to your purchased quest if you request it, and (2) delivering in-game experiences where you text us and we text you back the next clue during an active quest. We do not send recurring promotional or marketing messages via SMS.

How to Opt In

You opt in to SMS by providing your phone number and requesting your quest link, or by choosing to participate in an in-game SMS experience during your quest.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. You can expect to receive messages only when you request your product link or during your in-game experience.

Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details on your plan's messaging rates.

How to Opt Out

You can stop receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message we send you. After texting STOP, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. You may also opt out by emailing hello@sfquest.com.

How to Get Help

For assistance with the SMS program, reply HELP to any message or contact us at hello@sfquest.com. Standard message and data rates apply to the HELP response.

Supported Carriers

Our SMS program is available on most major U.S. carriers. Carrier support is not guaranteed and may vary.

Privacy

All quest content, clues, stories, imagery, and branding associated with Sioux Falls Quest are the property of Media Quest LLC and are protected by copyright. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
