- Quest completion data — timestamps and quest identifiers when you complete a quest.

- To deliver quest experiences, issue digital badges, and maintain your Agent profile.
- To send you transactional messages (e.g., magic link sign-in emails).

Consent and Collection of Phone Numbers
We collect phone numbers for the purposes of responding to inquiries submitted through our contact form, delivering quest links, and providing in-game SMS experiences.

We do not send promotional or marketing messages via SMS.

In-Game Photo Features
Certain optional in-game features allow you to capture and submit photos as part of the quest experience. When you choose to use these features, images are transmitted to third-party AI services (currently OpenAI) for analysis and used solely to generate in-game responses. Images are not stored by Sioux Falls Quest and are not retained beyond the processing of your request.
Data Retention
We retain your account and completion data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing hello@sfquest.com.
Security
We use industry-standard security practices, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and secure authentication via Supabase, to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children's Privacy
Sioux Falls Quest is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at hello@sfquest.com.
